• Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions across assigned technologies (.NET / Java Full Stack / Python / SAP ABAP / Salesforce LWC).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices, performance, and security standards.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  
• Develop and enhance applications, integrations, custom modules, and system components based on project needs.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  
• Maintain proper documentation including technical design, specifications, and process flows.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of development workflows.
  
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required.
  
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  6+ years of hands-on experience

  in at least one of the following areas:

  .NET Full Stack, Java Full Stack, Python Development, SAP ABAP, Salesforce LWC

  .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or enterprise ecosystems such as SAP/Salesforce.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions within deadlines.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and version control systems.
  
• Preference for candidates from

  product-based or mid-sized organizations (not large MNCs)
