Job Description

Role Overview: As a Franchise Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive network expansion by defining strategic objectives and developing plans in line with the company's strategic intent. You will identify and explore opportunities, select target markets for network expansion, compile market intelligence, and project manage the finalization of sites. Additionally, you will be involved in securing land parcels for new sites, evaluating real estate options, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure timely project completion. Your role will also entail developing franchise offers, monitoring the franchise pipeline, and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Define strategic objectives and develop Network Expansion plans aligned with the company's strategic intent. - Identify and explore opportunities, select target markets, and finalize desired stretches for network expansion. - Compile market intelligence and future developments to mitigate risks and create opportunities. - Project manage the finalization of sites for Network Expansion, ensuring quality proposals meeting defined Investment framework. - Conduct a potential assessment of sites for conventional fuels, alternate fuels, and non-fuel value propositions. - Program manage to secure suitable land parcels for new sites and evaluate real estate options from business, statutory, and financial perspectives. - Manage stakeholder relationships and handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and related court cases. - Develop franchise offers, evaluate business models regularly, and manage communication on varied platforms. - Monitor franchise pipeline, generate leads, project manage franchise selection process, and onboard new franchisees. - Identify customer market research needs, build appropriate research briefs, and participate in research and insights gathering. - Project manage and execute offer development projects including pilots to understand effectiveness and modify them as needed. - Build RBML presence in the area to enable future activities and scale up value-generating potential. Qualification Required: - B.E/B.Tech degree - MBA mandatory Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in Business Development, with expertise in Strategy, Sales, Channel Management, or Project Management.
