Senior System Test and Quality Engineering Manager

What youll do:

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a large team, including managers and senior technologists designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates.
• Oversees the delivery of multiple ongoing projects from conception to deployment.
• Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures successful project delivery while adhering to quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Stays abreast of the latest cloud technologies, algorithms, and methodologies advancements.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to the team and promotes innovation.
• Collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and domain experts, to understand their needs and translate them into solutions. Communicates effectively and regularly updates project progress, outcomes, and strategic insights.
• Builds a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results.
• Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelordegree in a related area of study with a typically of 10+ yearsexperience including 5 or more years of people management experience, Advanced Degree (Masteror Ph.D.) is strongly preferred.
