Java Backend Manager & Senior Manager

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux, adhering to modern security and coding best practices.
• Apply expertise in design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and SOLID principles to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are production-ready.
• Participate in product demos, design discussions, and release reviews, contributing technical expertise to shape product development.
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices, while mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and frameworks in the Java and cloud-native ecosystem.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on Kubernetes (AKS) and leverage containerization best practices with Docker.
• Design and manage both NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases for efficient, high-performance services.
• Utilize cloud-native capabilities in AWS or Azure to deliver resilient, scalable solutions.
• Follow Agile best practices and leverage tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Sonar, Snyk, and Postman to ensure quality and security.

Requirements:

• 817 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with proficiency in Java 8, Java 17 (and above).
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases (Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Proven experience in building and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and SOLID principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
