Senior System Analyst

Position Purpose

As part of our mission to drive digital transformation we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Specialist
with expertise in Cross border remittance and profound knowledge of the principles of banking domain.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the banking domain.
  
• Utilize expertise in Liberalized remittance Scheme (LRS) and Rupee Drawing arrangement (RDA) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs at RBL Bank.
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on LRS, RDA, and banking domain-related matters.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization of applications.
  
• Lead and participate in the development and enhancement of banking applications, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for LRS application at RBL Bank, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes within the banking domain to drive innovation and maintain compliance, tailored to the needs of RBL Bank.
  
• Applications performance, compliance items and delivery
  Oversee closure of compliances of portfolio such as VA, CA, APPSEC, Code review, IS Audit etc.
• Create & Maintain Process documentation, SOPs, BRDs, FSD, User story, User Manual, Walk through documentation, Test Documentation, lessons learned all knowledge repository

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, with a strong focus on LRS, RDA, and banking domain knowledge.
• Bachelors degree or advanced degree preferred.
