Job Description As a System Analyst at Birlasoft, you will be required to possess certain key skills and qualities: - You should have a passion for technology and the Procurement domain, along with the ability to learn quickly. - You must be capable of converting requirements into user stories and bridging the gap between users and developers effectively. - Your focus should be on delivery with the capability to take complete ownership of tasks. - Experience in collaborating with distributed teams across different time-zones is essential. - A strong commitment to quality, engineering excellence, along with excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability is required. - Proficiency in reverse engineering and understanding existing applications is a key requirement. - Your expertise as a systems analyst should include comprehensive functional knowledge in the Procurement domain. In terms of Technical/Behavioral aspects, you should have: - Proficiency in systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications. - Experience in Data Lake environments and the ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Procurement apps/platforms. - Knowledge of various Testing stages and exposure to them. - Understanding of Agile methodologies or iterative development processes.,
