Job Details:

Job Title:- Senior System Administrator (IT Infra)

Type of Position:- FTE

Experience:- 4+ years

Job Location:- Pune Hybrid Model

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. System administrator to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support roles, certified expertise in Azure and AWS, and the ability to manage IT operations efficiently. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee IT infrastructure and support processes.

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

Configure, monitor, and manage Azure and AWS cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, and network systems in a timely manner.

Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect the organization s data and systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Maintain and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Mentor and train junior IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Monitor and evaluate IT support performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Competency:

Certified expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Understanding of data backup, disaster recovery solutions, and compliance standards.

Certifications:

Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate)

AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate)

Functional Competency:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Should be able to learn and upskill in new technologies.

Being a team player can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
