🔔 We’re Hiring – Senior Supervisor 🏢 Company: Mittalics Non Ferrous 📌 Position: Senior Supervisor 💼 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month 🎓 Education: Any Graduate 🧾 Experience: 2–3 years (Relevant industry experience preferred) 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day shop floor or plant operations Maintain accurate records of material weights and movement Assign and distribute tasks among junior staff effectively Ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards Handle and guide junior staff to improve productivity Maintain discipline, workflow, and reporting in the team Coordinate with management for smooth operations 🎯 Required Skills: Experience in the metal industry (preferred) Ability to record and manage material weights and stock movement Strong team handling and leadership skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel Good communication and reporting skills 📍 Job Location: Mandoli, Delhi ⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shift) 🗓 Week Off: Rotational 🚨 Important Notes: Immediate joiners are preferred Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered 📞 Interested candidates can contact HR Satyam at 9540190836
