Senior Study Abroad Counsellor

As a Senior Student Relationship Manager, your role involves understanding the psychology, interests, preferences of students and parents to counsel them about education abroad. You will assist students in shortlisting courses and institutions, ensuring student/parent satisfaction by resolving queries and providing guidance. Establishing and maintaining a good rapport with prospective students is crucial, along with helping them gain a deeper understanding of their concerns and making decisions regarding their education. Your responsibilities include setting up a sales plan to achieve company sales targets, supporting and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals, and building strong relationships with students and their families. Collaboration with other job functions within the company to enhance overall service levels is also part of your role. Immediate reporting of significant issues to senior management and proposing solutions when possible is expected. Other duties related to this position may also be assigned.
