Description
As a skilled and versatile Structural Designer with hands-on experience in the structural design and drafting of American RCC and steel structures, your role will involve performing structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in compliance with American codes and standards. You will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD, conducting modeling and analysis using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and Tekla Tedds, and developing Excel-based design spreadsheets for structural calculations and data management. Additionally, you will coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and feasible structural designs, review and validate shop drawings and construction documents, and contribute to project documentation, reports, and presentations with clear and professional written communication. In addition to the above, if you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, knowledge of American codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE), and experience in BIM workflows and coordination, it would be considered a preferred qualification.
