Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and supervision of structural systems for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong background in structural design and safety codes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design and analysis for buildings and infrastructure
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Ensure designs meet safety, code, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and review their work
• Solve complex structural challenges and site-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of structural design and project experience
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, materials, and construction methods
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
