Job Description

As the Lead Analyst, your role involves providing support across multiple departments to impact revenue and profitability within the organization. You will play a crucial part in implementing pricing strategies and policies using analytical and data intelligence frameworks. Your responsibilities include: - **Commercial Responsibilities**: - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies - Analyze customer business, RFP requirements, and competitive position to optimize profitability - Develop insights on customers, market segments, and industry trends - Establish pricing analysis policies and procedures - Provide pricing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis - **Stakeholder Management**: - Manage effective relationships with stakeholders - Collaborate with sales and pricing teams across different time zones - Take ownership of deal execution and coordinate with cross-functional teams globally - Demonstrate customer focus, networking abilities, and drive for high-quality results - **Process Transformation**: - Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements - Develop efficient processes while ensuring compliance and internal controls - Utilize quality-driven frameworks like six sigma for process enhancement - **Analytical Solutions**: - Translate business needs into functional requirements - Identify relevant KPIs for business performance and develop reports - Possess understanding of agile framework, databases, and advanced Excel - **Project Management**: - Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills - Monitor progress of key deliverables and ensure timely delivery - Utilize project management frameworks like PMP for detailed project planning Your core competencies and qualifications should include: - Understanding of US Enterprise Pricing/SAM Pricing aligned with commercial strategy - Business planning and financial modeling skills - 4+ years of experience in US OpCos Pricing (FXE, FXG, FXF) - Certification in QDM Expert and AiM preferred - Coaching and mentoring experience in complex pricing proposals - 6+ years of experience with 4+ years in a Strategic Pricing role - MBA in Marketing/Finance from a top Tier institute Your extensive experience in strategic pricing, business acumen, and leadership skills will be valuable assets in this role.,
