Senior Stormwater Design Engineer

Position: Senior Stormwater Design Engineer for KSA Project
Location: Remote Work
Availability: Prefer candidates who can join immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design of stormwater drainage systems for large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects.
• Develop hydraulic and hydrologic models (e.g., using software such as SWMM, Civil 3D, InfoWorks ICM, etc.).
• Prepare detailed design reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams including roadway, utility, and environmental engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and client standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, attend meetings, and support approvals with authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in drainage/stormwater design with proven delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in stormwater management systems, detention/retention facilities, flood risk assessments, and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
• Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, SWMM, InfoWorks, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS).
• Strong understanding of regional design codes and authority requirements (e.g., Ashghal, MOMRA, Muscat Municipality, etc.).
• Professional certification or registration (e.g., PE, UPDA, PMP) is preferred.
