Staff Engineer / Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end development of core product features (coding, testing, reviews, documentation)
Refactor and modernize legacy code to improve system performance
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with the technical founder to shape the engineering roadmap
Mentor junior engineers and help establish scalable engineering processes
Work cross-functionally with product, design, and stakeholders

Technical Requirements:

8–10 years in software engineering (preferably in Staff/IC roles)
Strong execution mindset, preferably with startup experience
Frontend:
React, TypeScript, Next.js
Backend:
Python (Flask)
Infra & Systems:
Kubernetes, scalable microservices, distributed systems
ML/AI:
LangChain, PyTorch, Transformers, LLMs, multi-agent frameworks
Familiarity with AI dev tools (e.g., Cursor) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AdTech / MediaTech platforms
Competitive programming or hackathon participation
Background in high-growth product startups or top-tier tech companies
Strong academic record (GPA 3.8+/4.0 preferred)
