Senior Specialist - Vendor Invoice Management

As a Senior Specialist - Vendor Invoice Management at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, your role involves configuring and continuously improving Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions across SAP systems. Your primary objective will be to optimize exception, approval, and blocked invoice workflows, increasing efficiencies, and maximizing automation of the end-to-end process. Additionally, you will support OCR application installation and administration, improve OCR recognition and invoice validation, and provide training to end users. Some key responsibilities in this role include: - Incident & problem resolution (3rd level support) within defined SLAs, prioritizing in collaboration with Corporate IT and regional IT teams - Regression testing & regression test support during major releases and system upgrades - Supporting the development of automated tests - Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications - Designing, building, and implementing improvements and new functional solutions for Vendor Invoice Management processes - Identifying opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4Hana capabilities and new VIM functionality - Coordinating the implementation of new VIM functionality in SAP ECC and S/4Hana Systems - Providing knowledge transfer and guidance to IT and business stakeholders - Implementing, supporting, and improving new VIM standard reports and dashboards - Ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and GXP requirements To excel in this role, you should have: - Extensive skills in the implementation and optimization of Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions - Strong intercultural communication and cooperation skills - Very good command of English & German (optional) - In-depth knowledge of SAP and VIM standard functionalities - Knowledge of incident, change, and release management processes and tools - Familiarity with Waterfall and agile project management methodologies - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Linde Global Support Services Pvt.
