Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on modules like ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM, Design and document technical solutions including writing unit test cases and ensuring best practices in implementation, Work closely with other developers and teams to support integrations with external SaaS applications using REST APIs, web services, and JSON, Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and implement changes across global locations, Prepare and maintain technical documentation and contribute to design discussions, Ensure solutions are aligned with ITIL best practices and client business needs, ?? Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of any ServiceNow module Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with ServiceNow integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON) Good understanding of ITIL processes and certifications preferred ???
