About You
Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.
Regularly communicate with OTA representatives to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities for collaboration.
Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics, such as bookings, room nights, and revenue.
Develop and implement strategies to increase OTA-generated revenue and market share.
Coordinate pricing and inventory management strategies across various OTAs to maximize revenue potential.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date content (images, descriptions, amenities, policies, etc.) is maintained on all OTA platforms.
Regularly analyze OTA performance data and generate detailed reports on key metrics and trends.
Monitor competitor activities on OTAs and gather insights to enhance the organizations strategies and offerings.
Ensure the organization adheres to OTA guidelines and standards.
A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests, owners, and employee.
Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
Strong in advance excel, google sheet management
Bachelor/ Masters degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience in sales is required
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
