Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics

As an Advanced Google Certified web analyst at Ryan, you will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing business intelligence and analytics strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Ryan's Digital Marketing team to extract, interpret, and report on raw data, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop and implement analytics solutions, track key performance metrics, and present insights to senior management. - Create a positive team member experience - Provide data-driven insights for informed business decisions - Collaborate with internal SEO team on tracking organic traffic metrics - Activate and manage analytics, tagging, tracking, and reporting - Configure customized analytics reports and dashboards - Support effective business intelligence strategies for various channels - Generate and present reports to senior management - Execute analytics projects to extract and analyze customer data - Configure UTM tagging for website and paid media performance - Apply statistics and data modeling for actionable insights - Communicate and track key performance metrics - Identify business opportunities and ensure performance goals are met - Keep updated on industry best practices and policies - Enforce company policies and procedures You should have 3-5 years of experience in a Web Analytics role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various analytics tools are essential. A valid driver's license and expertise in Google Analytics are required. In this role, you will work in a standard indoor environment, interacting with employees, vendors, developers, and clients.
