You are a thoughtful and savvy Advanced Google Certified web analyst who will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing business intelligence and analytics strategies for our company. Working closely with Ryan's Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for extracting, interpreting, and reporting on raw data to derive valuable insights for internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing analytics solutions, tracking key performance metrics to enhance business performance, and presenting insights to senior management. As part of the role, you will collaborate with the internal SEO team to monitor organic traffic acquisition metrics for target keywords and pages. You will activate and manage analytics, tagging, tracking, and reporting across various web properties, configuring customized analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics Studio, and Salesforce/Pardot/Account Engagement reports. Your expertise will be essential in executing analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring timely completion. You will configure UTM tagging for website and paid media performance, apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights, communicate and track key performance metrics, and identify business opportunities to meet performance goals. To excel in this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience in a Web Analytics position or a similar role, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce B2BMA, Microsoft Office Suite, Pardot, and Salesforce is required. An advanced certification in Google Analytics is preferred. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities and will require you to work in a standard indoor environment with regular interactions with employees at all levels of the company, external vendors, developers, and clients. You should be comfortable managing relationships with stakeholders across the company and meeting expectations for deliverables. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to enforce company policies and procedures are essential qualities for this role.
