Senior Specialist

As an Ethics & Compliance Senior Specialist at Google Operations Center, you will play a crucial role within the Global Ethics and Compliance team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Communicating global Ethics and Compliance policies, processes, and tools to employees, offering assistance in resolving inquiries. - Conducting awareness and education programs on ethics and compliance policies. - Identifying and investigating potential compliance issues, collaborating with investigation leads. - Supporting compliance due diligence, risk assessments, and monitoring programs. - Reviewing non-compliance incidents, documenting findings, and compiling reports for stakeholders. - Assisting in compliance documentation, recordkeeping, and automation initiatives. - Staying updated on compliance developments, industry standards, and global programs. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. - Proficiency in English communication. - 6 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in compliance or audit roles. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Ethics and Compliance Certifications are preferred. - Experience in BPO or captive services organizations is advantageous. - Previous investigative work experience is beneficial. - Familiarity with global compliance programs and managing initiatives. Skills required: - Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities. - Research and Interpretation skills. - Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Detail-Oriented approach. - Proficiency in audit and investigation documentation. - Strong Organizational skills.
