About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilitator , that can deliver effective employee development experience for JLL. Working with our Design and Delivery team, youll contribute to talent and development programming that supports JLLs growth agenda.
What this job involves:
- Experience in delivering programs across talent development products, including Professional Skills, Onboarding, and Performance Cycle for various audiences including individual contributors, HR and People Managers.
- Apply adult learning theories and JLLs brand/learning standards
- Deliver training both virtually and in-person; regional/local travel may be required 3-10%, depending on business needs
- Support the creation and updating of training content
- Apply growing knowledge of talent & development subject areas to facilitate meaningful discussions
- Maintain delivery standards in accordance with NPS metrics and qualitative feedback
- Demonstrate cross-cultural competence and ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
- Develop business acumen to align L&D initiatives with business objectives
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Support team members with facilitation efforts as needed.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage key stakeholders without slang or casual language
- 3-5 years of experience in facilitating soft skills training programs
- Working knowledge of design principles for engaging training using platforms like PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Cultural awareness and inclusive communication abilities
- Adaptability in delivering training programs to diverse audiences
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to update training content using digital tools
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates
- Project management skills to support solution delivery
- Global mindset when approaching design solutions
