Job Description

An experienced and seasoned Transformation and Change professional with the ability to challenge the status quo, questioning established processes to drive innovation/transformation.
Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and influencing skills with proven experience in PowerPoint and managing/ delivering/presenting key messages to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and change within the industry.
Experience mobilising and delivering large- and small-scale change projects.
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering lifecycle and processes.
Experience in leading people through change, supporting colleagues with change implementation and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and to a high standard.
Proactive approach to solving operational inefficiencies with practical and innovative solutions.
A track record of successfully influencing, supporting and fostering partnerships with stakeholders including MD s and D s.
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client).
Ability to manage multiple deadlines across competing priorities.
Experience of operating in a matrix environment across operations and technology.
