Senior Sourcing Specialist

As a Sourcing Junior Manager at Bull Machines Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Development Sourcing - Electrical Component. Your expertise and contribution will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning and success of our sourcing department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversees the Sourcing Strategy and ensure alignment with Goals - Create ZBC for Electrical and electronical parts - On time development of Program software's for Machines - Identify Potential suppliers - Supplier selection and evaluation - Conducting supplier audits - Achieve Cost Saving Volume Discount - Implement Commodity price Increase Mapping and create baseline data (ZBC) **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Ensuring Compliance with all legal and regulatory knowledge - Knowledge of Procurement process, sourcing strategies - Market Analysis - SAP Basics MM Modules - PPAP - Knowledge on Plastics and Rubber parts - Good in Communication - Knowledge on Risk assessment/ Mitigation - Adaptability and flexibility - Legal and regulatory Knowledge In this role, you will be responsible for market analysis, supplier selection and evaluation, negotiation, contract management, identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing reverse auction for other commodities, building strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and taking corrective actions. Additionally, you will be involved in additional source development for critical parts.
