Job Description

You will be a Senior Sourcing Analyst at BMC, responsible for managing global categories, supplier relationships, and spending. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and meet budget, service levels, and total cost of ownership factors - Negotiating supplier terms & conditions to ensure key business requirements are met - Developing and leading global category strategy with business partners - Analyzing spending data and market trends for competitive pricing - Providing market intelligence on commodity market trends and opportunities - Leading strategic relationships with critical suppliers - Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance - Establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal stakeholders - Providing feedback to upper management on project status - Establishing yourself as an expert on category subject matter knowledge To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experiences: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or other Business Discipline - 5-7 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain - Experience in multiple categories such as Marketing, Facilities, IT, and M&E BMC's culture values its people and encourages diversity.
