Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Liaison with government bodies such as DISCOMs, GEDA, MNRE, CEIG, Revenue Department, Forest Department, Pollution Control Board, etc.
Obtain approvals, clearances, permits, and NOCs for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Coordinate for grid connectivity, net-metering approvals, power evacuation permissions, and commissioning approvals.
Manage land-related documentation, lease deeds, land conversion (NA), right-of-way, and registration processes.
Follow up on application submissions, file movements, and approval timelines.
Represent the company in government offices and regulatory meetings.
Ensure compliance with state and central solar policies, regulations, and guidelines.
Coordinate with internal engineering, legal, and project teams for document preparation.
Maintain records of approvals, licenses, and compliance documents.
Support project commissioning and handover by completing all statutory formalities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Management / Law or related field.
5–10 years of experience in liaisoning for solar or infrastructure projects.
Experience working with government departments and utilities is mandatory.

Knowledge of Gujarat solar policies will be an added advantage
