As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at WeyBee Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and API-based applications. With your expertise in both manual and automated testing, you will drive quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications. - Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability. - Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios. - Conduct different types of testing such as regression testing and API testing. - Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of professional experience in software testing. - Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC. - Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing. - Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation. - Familiarity with bug tracking tools. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
