Primary Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of software development, including design, analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance Actively contribute to the team by building new product features and enhancing or optimizing the existing ones Communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and engineers Seek opportunities to fine-tune, automate repeatable tasks and leverage best practices to improve the quality of deliverables Implement solutions aligned with the enterprise strategy, utilizing strategic tools/technologies, patterns, and processes Propose technical solutions and recommendations with thoughtful trade-offs, considering the scalability, resiliency and security aspects of the platform Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline, or 8+ years of IT experience 8+ years of experience in software development, with a solid background in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications Experience with software development methodologies, tools, and processes Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python Proven ability to work on high & low-level designs Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
