Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for leading moderately complex initiatives within technical domain environments, contributing to large-scale planning of strategies, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domains. You will review technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation, resolve complex issues, and lead a team to meet client needs while leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will lead projects, act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired Qualifications: - 6+ years of working experience in different .NET related technologies such as .NET CORE, C#, Asp.Net, and Web APIs Entity Framework - 4+ years of working experience in Angular 14+ / React and UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery - 4+ years of using Database skills including SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) - 4+ years of working experience with TFS, GITHUB, CI/CD integration, Harness, Copilot, NoSQL DB - Good understanding of cloud fundamentals on PCF, Azure - Good understanding of Karma, Jasmine, any monitoring tool - Experience in creating unit test methods and automated integration test cases - Experience with different project development life cycle methodologies such as agile/scrum - Hands-on experience in architecture and best practices - Ability to articulate underlying business problems and propose technical solutions - Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit & formalize requirements and work with business partners and stakeholders Job Expectations: - Candidate must be based out of the posted location (Hyderabad/Bangalore) and will be required to work in the office as per the organization's In Office Adherence/Return To Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize your software engineering skills, this role at Wells Fargo could be the perfect fit for you.
