Job Description

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications for Unix/Linux environments.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C/C++.
Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and architecture reviews.
Debug and resolve issues in multithreaded and multi-process systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Contribute to the development, testing, and integration of new features.
Work on performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

Strong in C/C++
with solid OOPS, data structures, and algorithmic skills.
In-depth knowledge of
Unix/Linux internals, threads, and system calls.
Experience with
IPC (pipes, shared memory, semaphores, sockets).
Understanding of
multithreading and concurrent programming.
Familiarity with
networking protocols (TCP/IP, TLS/SSL).
Experience in debugging using
GDB or similar tools.
Working knowledge of
Makefiles, version control (Git/CVS), and shell scripting.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of
Security fundamentals (authentication, cryptography).
Exposure to
Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with
REST clients
and
Unix security mechanisms.
