Experience: 6-8years Category: Development location: Chennai / Bangalore/Hyderabad Position ID: J0325-1195 Employment Type: Full Time : Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications on Communication Cloud, and have knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce-related platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive, scalable Salesforce designs and solutions. Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for Salesforce applications. Optimize user experience (UX) by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, navigation, and performance within Salesforce. Ensure that all Salesforce designs comply with design best practices, security guidelines, and user accessibility standards. Work with Salesforce developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end design with back-end development. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Salesforce designers and developers. Maintain strong knowledge of new Salesforce features and trends to continuously improve platform capabilities. Participate in design reviews, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and thoroughly tested. Troubleshoot and resolve user interface (UI) issues as they arise, providing high-level problem-solving support. Ensure Salesforce applications are optimized for mobile and desktop platforms. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce design or development, with at least 2+ years in a senior role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform components such as Sales Cloud, Communication Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Apex, and others. Expertise in UX/UI design, with a deep understanding of design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Proven experience in designing custom applications and features within Salesforce. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams. Ability to solve complex problems and design user-centric solutions. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data models, security configurations, and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Copado Fundamentals or others) preferred. Experience with integration tools and APIs in Salesforce is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with additional Salesforce products like Vlocity, or Einstein Analytics. Background in business process mapping and optimization. Experience in Copado Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) in combination with Salesforce Lightning components. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
