SAP HR Mini Master Consultant

Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science As an SAP HR Mini Master Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing employee master data for seamless integration with payroll, time management, and other SAP modules. Your role includes data accuracy management, system troubleshooting, compliance with HR regulations, security controls, and user training to ensure smooth HR operations. Must-Have Skills: Configure and maintain SAP HR Mini Master for storing essential employee data. Ensure data accuracy by managing key infotypes such as personal, organizational, and payroll-related data. Integrate Mini Master with other SAP modules (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP FI/CO, SAP EAM, etc.). Set up organizational structures including personnel areas, subareas, and cost centers. Maintain employee records for use in time management, payroll, and other SAP applications. Support payroll processing and reporting by ensuring correct employee master data. Implement security and authorization controls to protect sensitive employee information. Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and system errors in Mini Master configurations. Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data privacy laws such as GDPR. Provide user training and support for HR teams to effectively manage Mini Master data. Good-to-Have Skills: SAP HCM & SuccessFactors - Knowledge of core HR processes and integration with SAP HR Mini Master. SAP Payroll & Time Management - Understanding of payroll processing and time data integration. SAP FI/CO Integration - Familiarity with HR and finance module interactions.
