Senior Software Engineer

We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) with 4+ years of experience who brings both deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. You ll play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and optimizing core systems while mentoring a small team and working closely with product and business leaders.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of full-stack systems using Python/Django (backend) and React Native/JavaScript (frontend)

• Build secure, scalable, and reliable payment and transaction systems with seamless third-party integrations

• Architect systems for performance, maintainability, and scalability

• Guide and mentor a team of 2 3 engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product requirements into solid technical

  implementations

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack

• 4+ years of experience

• Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and backend system design

• Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and efficient data modeling

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience scaling backend systems and managing high-traffic, secure platforms (ideally payment-related)

• Strong grasp of API architecture, integrations, and service design

• Clear understanding of system design principles and modern engineering best practices.

• 4+ years of experience

• Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Experience mentoring and leading small technical teams

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
