Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of full-stack systems using Python/Django (backend) and React Native/JavaScript (frontend) Build secure, scalable, and reliable payment and transaction systems with seamless third-party integrations Architect systems for performance, maintainability, and scalability Guide and mentor a team of 2 3 engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product requirements into solid technical implementations Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack Requirements Minimum 4+ years of experience as full-stack engineer Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and backend system design Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and efficient data modeling Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Experience scaling backend systems and managing high-traffic, secure platforms (ideally payment-related) Strong grasp of API architecture, integrations, and service design Clear understanding of system design principles and modern engineering best practices. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale critical systems powering the financial journeys of thousands of NRIs globally. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django). Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
