Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Deliver multiple projects independently with ownership of scope and timelines.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and clients to convert business needs into solutions.
Mentor developers across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Participate in architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automation.
Troubleshoot complex, multi-stack issues and perform root cause analysis.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability (NFRs).
Lead small teams and guide technical decisions.

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in at least one of each:

Backend:
Java / .NET / Node.js / Python
Frontend:
Angular / React / Vue.js
Database:
SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
Cloud:
AWS / Azure / GCP

Additional Skills:

Strong system design & architecture knowledge
Experience with ORMs, REST APIs, messaging queues, caching
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes & DevOps
Exposure to AI/ML concepts
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
