• Design, implement, and deliver robust, production-grade services, APIs, and data workflows focused on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Leverage asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and non-blocking I/O to build high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear technical solutions, and drive incremental delivery through design docs, code reviews, and testing.
• Mentor peers, uplift coding standards, and improve documentation quality within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, continuously enhance developer experience, and explore agentic AI solutions to solve real business problems.

• 4-6 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in Design, implement, and deliver production-grade services, APIs, and data workflows with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, with a strong background in asynchronous programming, high-performance applications, and system designincluding microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming paradigms (e.g., futures/promises, coroutines, reactive streams) and building high-performance services
• Keen interest in agentic AI and prompt engineering with willingness to rapidly learn and apply new AI technologies to solve business problems
• Scripting and automation experience for tooling, deployment pipelines, and system integration tasks
• Proficiency with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tooling.
• Good to have knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
