Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer with expertise in Java, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our digital solutions team. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and content management systems using modern cloud-native technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building scalable digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver rich user experiences. Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services. Participate in technical architecture and design discussions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. Follow Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java development. 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or Cloud Service). Practical knowledge of deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Sightly/HTL. Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and build tools like Maven or Gradle. Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes. Preferred Skills: AEM certification is a plus. Experience with Google Cloud tools such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or Firebase. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular). Understanding of security best practices in cloud and web development.
