Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java/Kotlin Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Kotlin. Ideal candidates are passionate about clean code, modern software architecture, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Java and Kotlin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and application errors. Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to our technology stack. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Min 6+ years of experience in software development using Java or Kotlin. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and version control (e.g., Git). Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with Kotlin in a production environment. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Exposure to frontend technologies or mobile development (Android) is a plus.
