JLL is looking for .NET/React.JS Full Stack Developer. In this role, the person will be responsible for independently developing complex web applications using Microsoft Azure technology. As a Full Stack Developer, youll play a critical role in upholding the companys daily operations and showcasing your technical skills through designing and developing the web-based systems. Youll work across the full stack using a range of Microsoft web technologies including C#, .NET Core, ReactJS and other JavaScript frameworks, producing clean, scalable code, integrating backend data and designing functional, user-friendly UIs and web layouts using HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities:

• Independently develop, execute and monitor complex React and .NET web and business components, web services, and reports for assigned projects.

• Perform unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Articulate business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be designed and engineered.

• Develop technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to application database.

• Consults with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of JLL business requirements.

• Provide on-going support to application used within the organization.

Purpose of the Role

• Help stakeholders make smart decisions to their solution architecture and infrastructure lens based on your designs

• Bring clarity, creativeness, and crispness to complex data through design

• Gathers custom application development requirements from different business areas

• Plan and execute testing of enhancements & new logic and troubleshoots any issues that arise after deployment

• Assist in the rollout, maintenance, and ongoing administration of these web applications

• Support AM, APAC and EMEA regions

• Work under the direction of the Technical Lead

Experience & Education

• 5+ years IT experience (Development)

• Bachelor s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering

• Agile Scrum and Gitflow working experience are preferred.

• Must have developed projects from inception.

• Self-motivated team player who can work with minimal supervision and can adapt to quickly changing environment.

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to be a self-starter

• Good Understanding of Technical trends, architectures and highly motivated to know more about the latest technology updates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done and working through issues and challenges

• Flexibility in working during America time zone 1:30pm - 10:30pm IST (summer) & 2:30pm to 11:30pm (DST- winter), in Bangalore

• Ability to be accessible online to the team (Microsoft Teams) during their shift and able to attend key Sprint related ceremonies and use video conferencing from time to time

Technical Skills & Competencies

• React.js 16.8+ using ES5+ or TypeScript.

• .Net 6 + and SQLServer 2008+.

• Redux with redux-thunk or redux-saga.

• HTML5, CSS3, styled-components, and Material UI.

• Web/Responsive UI development/presentation layers.

• GraphQL clients such as Apollo Client.

• DevOps tools and pipelines such as Azure DevOps.

• Azure data factory pipiline development

• Cloud platform experience in Azure/AWS/GCP is desired.

• Good to have tools Knowledge : VS Code, Postman, SonarCube, Sourcetree
