Senior Software Engineer - IT, Unsecured Vertical, B2C

 JOB DESCRIPTION 
Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, be experienced in customizing Salesforce applications, and be capable of working with stakeholders to enhance and optimize our Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions in line with business needs and objectives.Duties and Responsibilities
1. Salesforce DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.2. Customizations & ConfigurationsImplement and manage custom objects, custom fields, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.3. IntegrationIntegrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.4. Data ManagementDesign and manage data models, create and update data flow, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.5. Code Optimization & Best PracticesWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices and standards. Conduct regular code reviews.6. Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.7. Testing & TroubleshootingConduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce performance.8. DocumentationDocument technical solutions, configurations, and release notes for reference and future maintenance.Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Web Components preferred).

Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Proficiency with Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data import/export.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of business processes and how to apply them within Salesforce.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies for customizing Salesforce UI.

Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).

Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
