Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud
Job Summary:
An experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise across multiple EPM modules, including EDM, Profitability & Cost Management (PCM), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting, and Freeform Planning. The ideal candidate will support enterprise-wide performance management, cost transparency, and regulatory reporting in a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:

Engage with healthcare finance, operations, and IT teams to gather planning, costing, consolidation, and data governance requirements.
Configure and deploy the following Oracle EPM modules:
- EDM Cloud for managing enterprise hierarchies (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Providers)
- PCM for cost allocation across departments, units, and procedures (e.g., patient services, lab, imaging)
- FCCS for monthly/quarterly close, intercompany eliminations, and financial consolidation
- ARCS for managing account reconciliations and ensuring audit compliance
- Narrative Reporting for board packages, grant reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Freeform Planning to support custom modeling for capital projects, workforce planning, or grants

Technical Responsibilities:

Design and develop:
- Business rules (Groovy, Calculation Manager)
- Data forms, smart lists, task flows, dashboards
- Custom validations, metadata, security artifacts
Build integrations using:
- Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST APIs and file-based interfaces to/from Oracle ERP, HCM, Workday, Epic, or other systems
Develop and maintain reports using:
- Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Management Reporting Studio

Healthcare-Specific Functional Scenarios:

Develop cost modeling and service line profitability views using PCM.
Model planning by facility, department, and grant/fund sources.
Support FCCS close cycles aligned to healthcare reporting timelines and structures (e.g., nonprofit or multi-entity structures).
Build reconciliation workflows in ARCS to meet SOX, HIPAA, and audit trail standards.
Use Narrative Reporting for:
- Budget books
- CMS and 990 regulatory reports
- Internal management dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.
Proven experience implementing or supporting:
- EDM, PCM, FCC, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and Freeform Planning
Knowledge of healthcare finance processes such as:
- Cost accounting and chargeback
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Intercompany and grant accounting
Strong Excel/Smart View and reporting development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday, Epic, Cerner, or SAP Concur
Familiarity with HIPAA, SOX, CMS, and nonprofit grant accounting practices
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications in any of the above modules [Good to have]
