Gen AI Solutions Engineer Qualifications Bachelor s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Mathematics Adept at critical thinking and logical reasoning for problem-solving Be good at teamwork and delivering under pressure Experience with LLMs Understanding of good design principles and patterns Solid appreciation of AI/ML concepts Extremely dynamic and enthusiastic about technology Development experience with one or more of these technologies: C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, node.js Be able to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating a customer-focused attitude Excellent communication skills (listening, presenting, writing, formal and informal) Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly. Hands-on of Python, ML Algorithms and Statistics Knowledge of source code maintenance and versioning tools. Strong in Object Oriented Programming Concepts. Good in debugging and analytical skills. Work Experience Experience in software development: 1-3 years Experience in developing AI/Gen AI applications : 1 year (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals working on sql, data analysis, and python projects2. Design, develop, and implement complex sql queries and scripts for data analysis3. Analyze data sets using python to extract valuable insights and patterns4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members6. Ensure adherence to best practices in sql, data analysis, and python development7.
