Responsibilities: To work as a Project cum Technical Manager in IT Security domain in the CISO areaWhich will include HCL Project Management, Customer Stakeholder Management, Technical Governance and handling the finance aspects like SOWs, billing and necessary co-ordination with PMOs for CSO Program CSO Program covers IT Security Projects for Deutsche Bank covering below areas: Identity & Access domain also covering Authentication & Authorization platforms Cryptography solutions Malware and DAM Operations Information Security Operations Vulnerability and Compliance Remediation Essential skills Should have Project/Program Management skills for atleast 5+ years Should have 3+ years experience in managing multiple projects and large teams (40+) spread across various geographies Should have been involved in active Customer Stakeholder Management, Risk management, Escalation Management, Resourcing Requirement Management Should have experience in handling project finances, customer SOWs, billing Should have experience working in various proposal, RFPs as delivery SPOC Extensive experience in using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MPP, needed as part of day to day functioning Technical knowledge on Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate/ibatis, Oracle database, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache http server Be experienced with processes related to IT infrastructure in very large organizations (Change Management, IT Application Management, IT Operations, etc.) Should be willing to learn the new learn the IT Security domain and bring in more ideas for business growth Desirable skills CISSP certified professional
