Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Status Updates:

Define project scope based on Product Manager inputs and work with project leads to develop detailed project plans.
Organize and lead project status meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports.
Manage risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans to ensure project success.

Product Manager / Lead Support:

Assist Product Manager / Lead in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
Support stakeholder communications and implement effective project governance systems.

Process Management and Improvement:

Define and manage a well-structured project management process.
Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices in
Agile Project Management
.

Team Management:

Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for commitments.
Remove roadblocks to team progress and leverage organizational resources to improve project capacity.
