Job Description

We are currently seeking a candidate who will be responsible to: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React
js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Own the end-to-end delivery of features and improvements, ensuring high code quality, performance, and responsiveness
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team
Lead and contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and long-term Ul strategy
Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and UX issues
Support the Engineering Manager in planning, task estimations, and delivery tracking
Take initiative in improving team workflows, processes, and tools
Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and React.js
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Context)
Proficient in using modern front-end build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
