Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL workflows for batch and real-time data processing.
Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and data operations.
Build and manage Kafka-based streaming pipelines for real-time data ingestion.
Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and product teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with ETL flow design and implementation
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
Solid shell scripting skills (Bash or similar)
Hands-on experience with Kafka for streaming data

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of data modeling concepts, especially Snowflake schemas
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker)
Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool)
Version control using Git
Knowledge on Apache Superset
