Must enforce WCAG/ARIA/W3C standards, run audits, create inclusive components, and guide teams on a11y best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 4–8 years front-end development with a strong accessibility focus Expert in semantic HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript; robust handling of focus, keyboard nav, forms, media, landmarks, and live regions Hands-on with AT and tooling: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y, color/contrast analyzers
