Senior Software Engineer - Backend Services

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, resilient backend services and APIs using Java and Golang.
• Develop cloud-native microservices deployed via Kubernetes on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and Frontend Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on coding skills in Java and Golang.
• Experience in building and maintaining microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
