Primary Skills: JIRA Administration, Confluence Administration, Linux, Groovy, and shell scripting
Secondary Skills: Bugzilla, Testrail Administration, Python, Jenkins, Docker Roles and Responsibilities: JIRA Administration like JIRA project creation, permission and notification schemes, custom_fied creation, workflow enhancements, and troubleshooting issues
Project customization using automation rules, behavior and listener scripts
JIRA and Confluence datacenter to Cloud migration Work with cross-functional teams to translate diverse business needs into thoughtfully designed Jira projects and workflows Provide service and troubleshooting support for your co-workers Project customization using behavior and listener scripts
Creation and maintenance of Confluence documentation pertaining to the usage and best practices
Handling JIRA and Confluence tickets
Handling performance issues in JIRA and Confluence
Engineering Application: To provide support and maintenance to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Testrail, Opengrok and Jenkins
Engineering Application: Develop, enhance and customize the In-house application based on user requirement
