Take ownership of projects from idea to launch
Early-stage startup or founders office experience preferred
Track record of shipping products fast
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership

What we're Looking For

2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A sense of ownership and bias for action you're a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them
Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends
Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or voice applications
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI optimization
Previous founding or co-founding experience
Open source contributions or side projects
Understanding of AI ethics and safety practices
