Job Title: Senior Software Developer Location: Dehradun, India Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Developer with strong backend development experience and domain expertise in the FinTech industry . This role focuses on building high-performance financial systems, including payment integrations, payout processing, and real-time architecture. The position is full-time and based in Dehradun, offering long-term growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based financial applications and microservices. Integrate and manage third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, Paytm). Develop and maintain payout systems using IMPS, NEFT, UPI, and direct bank APIs. Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations. Implement and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka. Use Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with security and financial standards (e.g., PCI DSS, data encryption). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best coding practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and system reliability. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate. Experience with payment gateway integrations and payout processing workflows. Solid understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture. Proficient in Redis for caching and optimization. Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases.
